Pick-Up / Drop-Offs / Turnarounds / Refund Policy

All orders at K-SUPPLY include pick up and drop off from and to the customers home address to provide the most convenient level of service possible. 

Turnaround time can vary from 2 - 6 days depending on whether standard shipping or express shipping is selected. Please bare with us when waiting for your orders. 

We currently do not offer refunds once order has been placed so please make sure you are 100% sure about your order before placing it. 

If you are not happy with the results for reasons beyond the usual and would like a refund, you can contact us either via email or by phone explaining your situation.

We can then try out utmost best to provide you with a solution and produce a refund providing satisfactory grounds are met.
